1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Winbive platform and all its services. Winbive is an internationally licensed online gaming platform serving players from around the world.

6 Prohibited Activities

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Winbive may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:

• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (generally 12 months).
• If a player submits a self-exclusion request.
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.

You may also request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided all wagering requirements have been met.
